My terms

  1. My estimate includes one initial visit to measure and discuss, the making up process, the materials and hanging the curtain or blind onto your hardware. If you have not chosen the main fabric, I cannot include it in the estimate. I cannot measure accurately if there are obstacles on the site, or if no curtain poles/tracks are installed for curtains. Return visits are £50/h.
  2. Additional services, such as conducting research and procuring and sending you samples, fetching and returning keys or advising on the hardware is possible by mutual agreement. My fee is time-based at £50 per hour.
  3. My estimate will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you provided me with during my initial visit. Any alterations to the initial design can be made at this stage. I will include these terms with my estimate. Payment of your deposit means acceptance of the estimate and my terms.
  4. If you have made the decision to go ahead with your soft furnishings, I will ask for a deposit of 40% of the amount in my estimate. The deposit puts your job in the production queue. I will then order the necessary materials in order to start the work unless you have ordered your main fabric to arrive at my address. Once I have the fabric, I will give you an estimated timeframe.
  5. The finished article(s) will be delivered. If they can reasonably be delivered by bicycle and trailer within a radius of 8 miles from 98 Dalling Road W6 0JA, then this is a free service. Larger items will need to either be picked up by you, or we can organise transport for bulky items. The invoice for the balance is now due.
  6. If you order from me you are agreeing to the above.
